- Familiarize yourself with the property being auctioned.
Get all the necessary information you need to get become comfortable with the property being auctioned. We provide all the information known to us about the property for the auction and we will have 1 open house on Sunday, September 8th and from 2-4PM for your viewing or you can schedule a private showing by calling 806 654 3842.
- Ensure you have the means to pay the earnest money at the auction and close on the property within 30 days of the auction.
If you are the high bidder at the auction you will be required to put down $10,000 earnest money and sign the purchase contract immediately following the auction. You will only need to pay the $10,000 earnest money the day of the sale, not the full amount. You can use the financing of your choice and have up to 30 day from the auction to close with the full amount owed. This sale is NOT contingent on financing so make absolutely sure that you only bid up to the amount that you are pre approved for.

- Bidding at the auction
This auction is a 7 day online auction. Once you are registered and verified to bid you will be able to bid "Ebay Style" on the Auction. You can either manually enter each bid or you can select a Max Bid feature. The Max bid feature allows you to enter a Max bid and the system will auto bid on your behalf. When the auction gets close to closing time the Anti Sipping software will kick in. If someone bids with 60 seconds of the auction ending the software will extend the auction another 60 seconds. The system will continue to extend the auction until there are no bids within the last 60 seconds. This is used so that everyone has a fair chance to get their best and final bid into the system. The auction will be running from Tuesday September 3rd at 10am until Tuesday September 10th at 6pm.
- After the auction
Immediately following the auction the high bidder will deposit $10,000 earnest money and sign the purchase agreement. The high bidder must then take the necessary steps to close on the property within 30 days of the auction.
